How to use the Skelementor Pluginvv

The Skelementor plugin lets you browse, preview, and insert components directly inside Elementor. Here's a step-by-step guide to adding your first component to a WordPress page.

Before you start: Make sure Elementor is installed and active. Skelementor requires WordPress 6.9 or later and PHP 8.1 or later. You'll also need a Skelementor account to insert components.

1. Install and activate Skelementor

Download the plugin ZIP from the Assets page in Skelementor.

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add Plugin > Upload Plugin. Choose the ZIP, click Install Now, then click Activate Plugin.

You'll now see Skelementor in the WordPress sidebar.

2. Connect your account

Open Skelementor > Library and click Connect account. Sign in to Skelementor if prompted, review the connection request, and click Allow access.

Keep the page open while the connection finishes. You'll return to WordPress automatically, where your account details and a Connected status will appear.

3. Connect your account

Open the page you want to edit with Elementor. In the area where you add a new section or template, click the Skelementor logo beside Elementor's template button.

The component library opens inside the editor.

4. Find a component

Browse Marketing or Ecommerce categories in the sidebar, or use Search components to find something specific. Narrow the results with the Alignment, Columns, and Elements filters.

New Components shows recent additions. Free Components shows designs available without Skelementor Pro access.

Use the version menu above the component grid, shown as Elementor v3 or Elementor v4, to choose v3 or v4 components. v4 components require Elementor's atomic elements.
