How to cancel your subscription?

If you have a Pro Plan (Monthly/Yearly) subscription, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:


Step 1: Go to the Account Menu

Click on your profile avatar at the top-right corner of the Skelementor dashboard to open the account menu. From the dropdown, select Billing & Plan to access your subscription settings page.

Step 2: Click on “Manage Billing”

On the Billing & Plan page, click the Manage Billing button.

Step 3: Click on the "Toggle" button

Click on the toggle button beside your active subscription to reveal the dropdown.

Step 4: Choose “Cancel” from the dropdown

Click on the "Cancel Plan" to cancel your subscription

Step 5: Confirm Cancellation

On successful cancellation, you will see a cancelled badge beside your active subscription. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your subscription end date.

What happens after cancelling?

Upon cancelling your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the cancellation and specifying the end date of your billing period. Subsequent charges will not be applied beyond this date.

Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for any unused subscription time after cancellation. Nevertheless, you retain access to Sklementor's membership features until the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel your subscription on the renewal date, charges for that renewal will still apply. To avoid further charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period.
